How to Play Lunaris Slot Machine
Lunaris Slot uses Colossal Reels. For those who are unaware, Colossal Reels means that there are essentially two slot machines playing side by side. You have a small machine that boasts 5 reels and 4 lines (not pay lines!) and a larger slot machine to its side, which offers 5 reels and 12 lines (again, not pay lines!). Altogether, this equals over 100 different paylines. The minimum bet per spin is 50p and the maximum bet per spin is £250. We will discuss a little bit more about how these reels work in a short while.
We are going to be completely honest with you here, the theme that you can find in Lunaris is nothing special. It is just another skin on a WMS game. That being said, it does look incredibly beautiful. It is set in a forest at night. Expect gorgeous imagery, particularly when you boot it up a mobile device (more on that soon!).
The soundtrack is surprisingly relaxing. While we have yet to find a game from WMS that disappoints us when it comes to looks, this is easily one of the best that we have seen in a while.
When you first load up the game, you will be asked to select how much you wish to bet per line. While you can bet as little as 20 lines for a cost of 10p, we do urge you to bet every single payline, just to really boost your chances of getting some cash in your pocket. Of course, there is nothing worse than seeing a fantastic winning combination popping up, only to find that it is not one of your paylines, so you are going to want to avoid that as much as possible!
Bonus Rounds & In-Game Features
First and foremost, you have the two reels that you will be spinning at the same time. You can win on either one of them or, if you are incredibly lucky, both of them. This isn’t the main highlight of having two reels, however. This comes in the form of a Mystery Symbols feature.
The Mystery Symbols feature is triggered when you get the ‘Mystery Symbol’ on the main reels. This will trigger the feature. Up to 20 symbols will be displayed and they will be moved on over to the Colossal Reel set. A random symbol will then be chosen to replace the symbols and you will (hopefully) score some pretty big wins. You will be able to trigger this feature during the free spins mode.
The free spins mode is triggered if you get 3 or more of the Caterpillar bonus symbols. You can only get these on reels 1, 3 and 5. However, they will appear on both reel sets. The number of symbols you get will dictate the number of free spins you get, as well as the multiplier:
- 3 Symbols: 8 spins and 2x your initial stake in cash.
- 4 Symbols: 12 spins and 10x your initial stake in cash.
- 5 Symbols: 20 free spins and 20x your initial stake
- 6 Symbols: 25 free spins and 25x your stake.
Lunaris Mobile Slot Machine
The design of this game ensures that it looks absolutely breathtaking on mobile devices. In fact, we have played a few WMS games on mobile devices. They all look stunning, but none even come close to the quality that the Lunaris mobile slot machine has to offer. This is not only in terms of looks but just how smooth the gameplay is.
Summary – What Do We Think?
If you are after a quality slot machine, then check out Lunaris. While it does not offer anything crazily unique in comparison to other slot machines on the market, the theme that this game boasts makes it incredibly playable. This will quickly become one of your favourite slot machines, just like it became one of our favourite machines.
